How do I get notifications from ParkMap?

(NOTE for iPhone) Remember that the requirements to enable notifications are to have iOS 16.4 or later and that ParkMap is installed on your device's home screen. If you haven't done this yet, you can follow our guide to add ParkMap to the home screen.

1. Create an account

   If you don't already have an account, create one at parkmap.se.

2. Open ParkMap from the home screen (iPhone only)

   Make sure you have added ParkMap to your device's home screen. Open the app from there.

3. Log in to your account

   Enter your login details and log in to your ParkMap account.

4. Go to the account section

   Click on the account icon or menu to navigate to the account section.

5. Find 'Add Notification Device'

   Scroll down on the account page until you see the option 'Add Notification Device'.

6. Name your device & add

   Enter a name for your device so you can easily recognize it later and click add.

7. Test the notifications

   Click on 'Test Notification' next to the new device to check that notifications are working correctly.

8. Done!

   You have now enabled notifications for ParkMap on your device. Now you can get notifications when it's time to move your car.
